I havent got much done lately, but I instaled the new exhaust yesterday. What sprockets does it have? Stock 26/22? Or did you change the gear ratio? You could put a big main jet in the carb but then it might be too rich when your not using the nos. You should email harold on mopedarmy he had NOS on his puch maxi.

What gearing does it have? It sounds like its bogged down. I think the problem with dry Nos is that when you hit it, it will cause your motor to run lean.

This tachometer hooks up with 2 wires, one hooks up to power and the other connects to the coil.

I see, I haven't broken any clutches yet, just worn the pads off but I'm not putting out alot of power. Your clutch design looks real good.
