Perhaps you know or could help me? The English forum doesn't seem to have any or few active users and I would not want to go on an American forum. They don't know anything but how to put on a 70ccMoved to our English forum

So i put the cylinder foot gasket, then a 1.5-2mm copper plate then the cylinder and i sand the head? Why does it work evenIf you want to achieve 60-65 km/h,you dont need some serios porting. As I sad earlier you should just lift the cilinder a few mm (max 2mm) and its almost the same as if you ported it,sand the head if you like, put on that bigger carb and 60kmh is guaranteed!

Because our forum is in native language (Dutch), it's not surprising that you see so few (active) users there. But the English forum is a part of our total forum, so everyone will see your posts as the forum will have flags up because of unread messages.Perhaps you know or could help me? No not just that, but this: "I would try to lift the cilinder for 1-1.5 mm to. So the exhaust and boost ports will open earlier, and will stay opened for a longer time. You can do it by making a 1.5 mm thick copper gasket and place it under the cilinder. Then you maschine the upper side of the cilinder the exact amount as you lifted it-other way you will end up with a smaller compression ratio. And take care that the lower sides of the exhaust and boost ports should be always in perfect level or below the piston when its in his BDC (this is not a crucial factor but its not a hard task to do it so you should). Note that this way the inlet port is going to be opened for shorter time-because you lifted the cil. But I think its not a problem because you have a reed valve intake so its opened all the time when there is vacum anyways (not sure about thatSo i put the cylinder foot gasket, then a 1.5-2mm copper plate then the cylinder and i sand the head?
