hello again

first i have to tell you ... I have bought new grips and dellorto 14/12 but and drill it to 15/15 and buy new main jet (70), I have buy another (tunned) cilinder but I didn't fix it yet ( i don't have piston jet ) and now i have some questions 4 you
I think i wil need to buy another exhaust cause whit this I don't have much acceleration in low RPMs its almost dead it doesn't have much power, but later it's work pretty good what can I do for better acceleration ? another exhaust ? witch ? now I have tecno sport but I'm looking for tat Tecno krul ? Is this better exhaust ? or Tecnigas next ? this one is pretty expencive what should I do ? PLEASE, HELP ME

The Techno Reverse and Technigas Next exhausts are definatly better that your current exhaust. They give you more hp and maybe a slightly higher maximum speed. I don't think there is a big difference between these two exhausts so get the cheapest one

it will fit we have alredy tried in slovenija and it works cool we have tried with original cilinder, you just have to make holes in the piston just like a35 (you can do this without makaking holes but the moped ain't gonna be that fast)


so the question is witch kit should i use ? I think that DMP 50 will be fine I just need the alu cilinder, cause I have problems with cooling and you can also tell me for the better 50 kit

I have ask the supplier for Slovenija, and he told me that they have just airsal, but he will ask if they can get the DMP 50 for me

cooling problems the cilinder is way to hot after few minuts of driving and the cooling is way to bad sometimes i just have to stop, and wait to cilinder cool down or I just get it back to garage

anyway has anybody 65cc or 70cc on that "egg tipe" engine ? cause I want to buy airsal 44 but I afraid for the Crankshaft (Krukassen) and clutch

It will fit, but you need to have an other crankshaft. An enigine with an egg-shaped cylinder has a crankshaft with pistonpenn size 10 and the square type engine's crankshaft has a piston penn size 12. (Thank PimW)

You are getting another 50cc cylinder right? The crankshaft was originally designed for a 50cc cylinder and it still performs well with 70cc cylinders.

For all I know the s25 and a35 crankshafts are the same exept for the piston pen size. If I'm not mistaken there is actually someone on tomosforum who put a 70cc on his s25 engine.

I know you can exchange both flywheel and clutches between a35 and s25 models. So I would have to conclude that there couldn't be much difference between the crankshafts. Maybe the s25 models have weaker big end bearings or something, but I wouldn't be too afraid to try.
