We have came to show you our latest project!!!!!!

We bought for 100 euros in some vilage.......it is an old TOMOS APN 4H made in 1974......
I can tell u one thing....it was a peace of junk.....the wheels were rotten,it had a bycicle seat,and it havent been driven since 1990.....

Now...look carefuly what happend....this is how the tuning began....
First we striped everything down...than we cleaned it from dirt and rust....than we prepared the frame for the pait job...after we painted the frame,we started to put all the parts together...we used the old frame and the engine blocks.wee will discuss the engine later,the tank,rear suspension and shock absorbers,and the seat is from a newer tipe of APN as well as the tail light,we saw off a part of the rear end,the alu wheels come from a TOMOS BT,as well es fronthandle bars shoch absorbers.disc brake and stuff around.....

the preparations of the frame....

now we are putting the parts together.....
at first we used the standard apn machine with no tuning,just for testing.
the APN engine-standard has preformances.......like this....
38mm piston, 50ccm, four gears, 3HP, 6000rpm....max speed 60km/h
and finaly the parts are assembled but it still has an APN engine....
a few weeks later......ah.......tuning the engine.....
we used the APN engine blocks,gearbox but we added the 5th gear....
than we installed a sport high rpm crankshaft,and the TOMOS T-15 SL cilynder,we tuned the cilynder by tuning the cylinder channels,we also used the T-15 head and carburator...the exsaust comes from BT,the egnition system is made by DUCATI (electronic)....we had A LOT of problems with the engine,it didnt go well enough,it torne a couple of crankshafts apart becouse it has a large amount of rpm,we just had problems with ajusting it....
and now.........
IT HAS AROUND 8HP,10000 RPM, 50CCM, MAX SPEED OF 100KMPH, AND A NICE LOOK
YOU TRY TO TUNE YOUR 50CCM ENGINES UP TO THESE KIND OF SPEEDS AND STUFF.....
Here is a proof how a low qualite piston ended up after these kind of rpm....

it made some damage to yhe cilynder but we got it fixed.....
