this is my moped for drive around viliage and for offroad in forest. carosery is in bad condition, only machine works perfectly(tomos quality!!!! )

top speed 45 km/h
4 manual gears
6v electricity (lights are shit)
enduro tire

Is 45 km/h the average top speed of a tomos apn 6? Or is it just this one that goes 45 km/h?
