Hi everyone!

First, I'm from Slovenia so sory for bad English

I was looking on the internet and saw Tomos moped with different seats so I decided to make one like that for myself.
I frame and front "shock absorbers", all modifications are made by me.

Then I ordered DMP 45mm kit for Puch and made Homoet P6 exhaust.

But I have a problem: when I open full gas this happens http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iuhTdXqd11k
I use 17.5 YSN carb with 85 main nozzle (on the tape is 90). Now with 85 and without air filter it goes better, air needle
is almost fully unscrewed.

Before today I had connected RED and GREEN connection. Today I connected tube only on RED connection and sealed the tube on other side. GREEN connection is free open.

Any ideas how to repair this?

Jup, I decided to make it drivable, when I'll see everything is OK, im going to paint it

jep, wheel is turned because of dics braking

today I was grinding the seat and correct faults, holes...

what do you think about that head (squish), is OK or to wide squish bend

squish clearence (from piston to head): 0.85mm
squish bend: 10mm
bore: 45mm

volume is about 65.5-6ccm, compression is strong
