Yes, a bit slow but better than nothing
All tomos mopeds here have original cylinder or Airsal/DMP, so you know why are they slow

I had time on 150m about 10.5seconds with weak engine and 26-22 gear.
This engine now is much better, so i expect better draging

Can anyone tell me about clutch?

You are using an 70cc Dmp from a Puch...
You can make those pretty fast atleast al hell of a lot faster then how yours is going at the movie.

My old street tomos did 100+ km whith a tuned 65 cc airsal for tomos.
And did autowheelys so u can do mutch better whith the stuff you have now..

And what do u like to now about the clutch?

On the video, there was weak engine with almost original port durations (170,120,140) and yes i know it goes bad.
Now i have tuned to 180exhaust, 126transfer,intake 360 with rreed valve into the carter
now it goes much better...

for clutch, im interested what clutch shoe do you use
i use leather but have problems with glue
i need hard or soft leather? what do you recomend?

update
At 10.00am, parts were cut with CNC and now the exhaust is almost finished
on wednesday i will finish stinger and started with header
i will get harder springs for clutch too

Cant wait for test ride

hey!

Little update; i get Iris Gold chain and killswitch from puchshop
killswitch has two wires (white and black), which is for ground and which i must connect to ignition

After a 20 minutes of riding (8000-11000rpm) the clutch gets broken (leather fell of the aluminium part and then gears grinds leather)
Can anyone tell me, which clutch shoe he use? I dont know, what to test...
Maybe asbest show from original A3 tomos? Anyone used this?

Hey all!

I get new clutch shoe and it works great, at least it stays on the clutch after 20minutes of driving
A friend lent me KTM 50sx clutch and it works very good, so i decided to make one for me

Almost finished, have to make the central part which goes to the shaft, shoes...


and i bought something for new project
